Cas je naozaj vtipna vec. Ked ho travime dobre, zda sa na, ze leti neskutocnou rychlostou. Ked ho travime velmi dobre, zda sa nam ako keby sme si kupili listok na stroj casu, ktory nechce zastavit.

Chcem len povedat, ze stroj casu neexistuje. Neda sa vratit spat v case. Na zivot mame len jednu sancu, len jeden pokus. Zivot nie je ako test, ktory mozme napisat este raz. Zivot nam neponuka gumu na gumovanie aby sme s nou mohli zmazat vsetky veci, na ktore necheme ani len pomysliet. Zivot nam dava moznost na to aby sme si mohli uzivat kazdu sekundu ako keby bola ta posledna. Nas cas mame na to, aby sme zili. Aby sme sa ucili, zili, milovali, dychali, spoznavali, smiali. Aby sme si vytvarali nezabudnutelne spomienky a zazitky. Sme tu na to, aby sme zili tak najlepsie ako vieme. Sme tu na to, aby sme boli nekontrolovatelne blaznivi, divoki a by sme boli taki, akymi chceme byt. Na to, aby sme robili ludi okolo nas stastnymi aby sme robili samych seba stastnymi. Žime, žime kazdu sekundu.

Pretoze to najdolezitejsie je, ze sme tu len raz. Sme na tomto krasnom a blaznivom svete len raz a jeden krat. Nevieme na ako dlho, s kym alebo kde. Tak si ten zivot spravme tym najkrajsim akym vieme. Budme nezastavtelni.

Ten najjejdnoduchší jahodovo-rabarborový koláč alebo ako na najlepšiu vegan bublaninu

Prinasam recept na tu najlepsiu a najjednoduchsiu vegan bublaninu aku som kedy mala, jedla, upiekla, vyskusala. Stacia vam 4 ingrediencie, nejake krasne ovocie a jedna miska.

1 1/4 salky spaldovej muky

1 salka kokosoveho mlieka (poprosim len tu plnotucnu verziu!)

1/4 salky javoroveho sirupu

1 lyzicka prasku do peciva (alebo 1/4 lyzicky sody bikarbony a 1 lyzica citronovej stavy)

2-3 hrste ovocia podla chuti – kombinacia rebarbory a jahod je neskutocne uzasna; tu som pouzila 2 stonky krasne ruzovej rebarbory a velka hrst jahod

trosku javoroveho sirupu alebo kokosoveho cukru na dosladenie ovocia

Predhrejeme si ruru na 180°C. Mensiu stvorcovu formu si vystelieme papierom na pecenie.

Umyjeme, ocistime a nakrajame si ovocie. Zmiesame ho s trockou kosoveho cukru alebo javoroveho sirupu.

V miske si spolu zmiesame muku, mlieko, javorovy sirup a prasok do peciva. Cesto by malo byt dobrej konzistencie – nie riedke no ani nie prilis huste. Malo by sa dat pekne naliat na plech.

Na vrch poukladame ovocie a dame piect na 20-30 minut. Upeceny kolacik by mal byt krasne zlatavy na vrchu a po vybrati sparatka by malo byt sparatko suche a ciste.

Kolacik nechame trosku vychladnut a podavame. Varujem, je vazne lakavy, vyborny a navykovy! Tak odporucam upiect hned na veliky plech! A potom upiect opat. Nech vam chuti! :)

Time is a funny thing. When spent well, it flies by. When spent really well, it seems ike you are in a time machine that doesn´t want to stop and has got only a few stations.

Remember, that you can never travel back in time. No one gives you a lottery ticket so you could hop on a train and reverse to the past. Life is not a test we can re-take; it doesn´t come with an eraser so we could get rid of all things unwanted. We are here for a reason. To learn, to love, to live, to breath, to shine, to laugh, to explore, to experience everything our hearts desire. To make beautiful memories, to treasure them. We are here to make the best out of this crazy and beautiful world. We are here to make others smile and make us and others feel special. We are here to be whoever we want to be. Live, make every second count.

But the most importnat thing is, we are here only once. We don´t know for how long, with whom or where. We just know that we are. Be wild, live in the moment.

The easiest strawberry and rhubarb fruit cake or the best vegan cake

This is a recipe for the easiest (and one of the best) cakes you can ever make, bake, eat and share. 4 ingredients, some beautiful fruit and one bowl. One warning though. This cake is highly addicting so always make at least two batches.

 

1 1/4 cup spelt flour

1 cup coconut milk (we are talking full-fat here!)

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder (or 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda + 1 tbs lemon juice)

2-3 handfuls of fruit – the combination of strawberry and rhubarb is unbelievable (I used 2 pink stalks of rhubarb and handful of strawberries

little bit of coconut sugar or some maple syrup for fruit

 

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a smaller square baking dish with a baking paper.

Wash, clean and cut your fruit. Mix with a bit of maple syrup or coconut sugar.

In a bowl, mix together flour, coconut milk, maple syrup and baking powder. The batter should be a nice consistency – not runny but not thick.

Pour into your prepared baking dish, spread your fruit over and bake for about 20-30 minutes until risen. When you put a wooden skewer through the cake it should come out clean and dry.

Let cool for a while and enjoy any time of a day. Be careful, it is so delicious and easy to eat, that one cake won´t be enough. Double the volume and bake more. :) Enjoy and repeat. :)
