Honey Cake with Plums

Honey Cake with Plums, or any delicious-and-full-of-vitamins-fruit you´ve got on hand.
For me, Sunday is not Sunday without some yummy cake that makes you smile and makes you go ´hmm, so good´. So it is Sunday again and I made this rustic looking honey cake with plums. This cake is quite simple to make, the only thing that really matters is using a homemade qood-quality honey, if possible. You really can taste the difference.
Anyway. When I think of this cake, it makes me smile. Each bite of this cake brings warmth into these rainy days. And  I want you to feel the same way. So put your apron on (again) and be happy. :)
                                                         ——————–
Každý kúsok tohto koláčika prináša teplo do týchto upršaných dní. Chcem, aby ste sa cítili rovnako šťastne. Takže si oblečte zásteru(znova) a budte šťastní. :)
Honey Cake with Plums:

brown sugar for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 160°. Grease a smaller baking tray and line up with a baking parchment.
Mix together butter and honey into a smooth paste.
Mix in both eggs, extracts(or alcohol) and in the end mix in flour with salt and baking powder.
Put the dough into your prepared baking tray, put plumbs on top and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Enjoy, Dobrú chuť!
