The Fudgiest Brownies

When I was in another side of the world, in America (enjoying the best exchange programme), one day I went to this beautiful garden party with my Rotary people. I went there with my host dad, who introduced me to all of the important people and to the best cake I´ve ever tasted.
It was a buffet styled garden party, with a lot of traditional American goodies, with fresh seasonal fruits and couple of cakes. And with this chocolate cake. That day, people told me it´s The Brownie. And after tasting it, I found out why it is THE Brownie.

This chocolately-evelish cake is sweet, fudgy, sticky and it gives you everything you´d ever expect from a chocolate cake. I´d say it´s the best chocolate temptation for any age.

The Fudgiest Brownies:
(Ispired by Donna Hay: Fast, Fresh and Easy)
150 g butter
275 g caster sugar
75 g cocoa (I used the best British brand- Cadbury)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
75 g plain flour
Preheat oven to 160°C. In a saucepan, put together butter, sugar and cocoa, stir over medium heat until the butter is melted. Turn off the heat, mix in the eggs and vanilla extract, combine well. Sift flour over the mixture and mix well.
Spoon the mixture into a small cake tin lined with baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes, until is just set.
Cool in tin, dust with cocoa and serve.
